(OT): Carl Rogers: Harasser; Hypocrit

Last night, I was over at my friends house drinking some brews when I
asked if I could use one of their computers to check my email. To my
amazement, I received an e-mail from our beloved Carl Rogers, that was
so vulgar, so demeaning, so offensive, that it ruined the rest of my
night, and I am still emotionally hurt by it now.

I'll paste the entire contents, with commentary, of course, in a short
bit. But quickly, I'd like to take you back a couple of months when
Carl Rogers said he might sue "Tom From Ohio." I happen to have a link
to the conversation right here! (Its unfortunate for Carl that when you
look up "Carl Rogers misc.transport.road" on Google Groups, this is the
first result):

The whole thing is obnoxiously typical Carl Rogers nonsense, so I'll
just highlight the couple of sentences - in HIS OWN words, folks! - to
illustrate my point. In the original post, Carl wrote:

"I find his claims to be derogatory and grounds for libel. Chiefly,
his unprovoked usage of the
words "b*tch" and "f*ck" when referring to my likeness. This clearly
violates §44, §45 and §45a of the state of California's Civil Code."

"Clearly, the aforementioned language "Tom from Ohio" has used is
unacceptable and reprehensible."

And in post #19 as of the time of this writing, Mr Rogers wrote:

"Fortunately, only a few members of this group engage in these
[abusive] behaviours. I, among others, am here to present information
on highways. "

"That said, a minority in MTR has somehow turned into a showcase of:
..... (f) 'I simply do not like you, so I will make your life a living
h*ll'."

That was fun, wasn't it? Now let's look at the e-mail that Mr. Rogers
sent to me yesterday.

We all know that Carl is a sophisticated, intellectual, with such a
deep and corerct understanding of the English language, that even when
he uses "simple" words like "analog" or "analogue" he manages to
confuse everyone!! So I might hardly be the one to critique this e-mail
with my cursory understanding of English.

Just kidding, really. Carl is a complete moron. But I'd still like to
make a few remarks publicly about this harassing, offensive email.

First of all, you might wonder what I posted in this thread that set
Carl off. Did I threaten to kidnap his "loved ones?" Did I imply I was
out to hurt his "financee?"

Well, no actually. Here is what I wrote in that thread:

"Dobry wieczor. <Carl's link to a Polish roads website> Co to znaczy?
Zgubilem sie."

Since your Polish dictionary is probably just out of reach, let me
translate for you. The first sentence says "Good day." The second
sentence basically says "I don't understand what this says."

Can anyone understand how this nutcase took offense to me writing this?
If you can, please explain it to me, because I am obviously missing
something.

So I think the reasonable people among us can assume that Carl went
crazy (or always was crazy) and attacked me in an unprovoked manner.
Now let's analyze his claim:

It's sh*ts like me that take time away from his family.

This perplexes me. I have no idea what this is about, but it won't stop
me from guessing. I'd guess it went smoething like this:

Carl's Girl (?)friend: Let's go out tonight.
Carl: Can't.
Carl's Girlfriend: Why?
Carl: Someone wrote something in Polish, and I have to write a hateful,
offensive, obscene, unprovoked e-mail to him.
Carl's Girlfriend: Oh. A long email?
Carl: Nah. Two lines.
Carl's Girlfriend: Oh. Then we can go out after that, right?
Carl: Well, no, then I wouldn't be able to substantiate my analogue
that he caused me to not spend time with my family.
Carl's Girlfriend: Analogue? What in the hell are you talking about?
Besides, didn't you publicly deride someone for posting something
hateful, offensive, obscene, and unprovoked to you?
Carl: Yes. But I am completely crazy.

So there you have it, ladies and gentleman. A good explanation of the
actions of a man that is f*cking crazy.
