Are you looking for someone to provide you with an actual list of exits?

I know the one person who used to have exit list web pages for the areas
you mention was Kim Harvey. And I think she moved on to have other
things occupy her time, and her pages have gone by the wayside.

I was suspecting that. Several sites with exit list links mentioned
the Kim Harvey pages, those are MIA now. There's also a
stlhighways.org site mentioned, but the site does not show any highway
stuff from what I can find. If all else fails, I can recreate the
missing sections with the help of my maps and/or input from the guys
who assisted me in ensuring my I-64 and MO 364 exit lists on my site
were accurate.
