Indeed. What I'm saying though is not that the photo shows the 1971
segment under construction, but rather the beginnings of the
construction of the new segments of MD 100. A bit of research shows
that constructed started in 1994.
Looks like the beginnings of construction on MD-100 to the east, but no
construction yet on MD-100 to the west.
