Norfolk only has acess from I-64 unless I-101 recently opened and I
missed any news about it. None of the I-x64's reach out of the metro
area to I-95 or any other route.
The Norfolk area could use a north-south interstate, an east-west,
and/or a southwest-northeast interstate.
