North Star Highway Updates

In the past, I've not posted updates since constant messages about web
site changes tend to get kind of tiring. However, I thought I'd let
people know that I've decided to stay with what has settled down to a
thrice yearly update pattern- around the first of the year, around May
1, and around Sept 1.

This time, the odds and ends page has been taken down. It was getting
long, so I want to rework and reorganize the content; also I'll soon
have to start rotating content anyway because of storage limitations.
New this time are a phototour of the Rushing Rapids Parkway- MN 210 near
Duluth, and updates to both shield galleries and the future projects
page.

Tenatively on the list for May 1: New and updated content for abandoned
highways, reworked odds & ends content.
