Why is 295 so congested? New suburban developments? I was planning on
bypassing the city via I-295, but I do want to go through Jacksonville,
mainly so I can say that I've been to every major city in Florida. I'm
planning on going through there at night anyhow, so 295 shouldn't be
too congested, right? On the flip side, most of the construction being
done is problably going to be at night. Is the Big I any worse than the
Malfunction Junction construction they have here in Tampa? THAT is a
nightmare.
