I know WIDOT has a publication, which I used to have a copy of. I'm
sure you could write their Milwaukee District public information person
to get a copy of it.

I know the routing in general fairly well. From the west, it cuts from
the original routing just north of the Jefferson / Walworth County
line, goes for about 100 yards in Rock County, then intersects WI-89
and heads just north of Willis Ray Road before curving back and
intersecting with US-12 just east of the current Walworth County P
intersection.

There is no intersection with WI-59 and the rest of the intersections
are all at-grade.
