I think the problem is that if there is an entry in Box 10 of the W-2 you
must complete Form 2441 to account for it. In your case that will result in
the box 10 amount being added to your income, all will be well, and you can
e-file.
That sounds right. File form 2441. It should generate a 2441.
It should also add the 240 to line 7 and print DCB (Dependent Care
Benefits) on line 7.
