Forget wife #1 (I assume the "sort of" is a comment on the state of your
relationship, not its legality), he's a bigamist because of #3. Call the
cops.
You need a lawyer to pursue getting your marriage annulled.

I've already contacted the cops, they really don't want to do anything
about it. They just don't want to deal with it. I'm sure it's
because they won't do anything but give him a mere slap on the wrist,
which to me is purely sick. It's honestly sad that our country allows
people to get away with doing things like this to people, but the
truth is, this sort of thing happens every day and more importantly
because our country does not have any sort of National Database in
place for Marriages and Divorces. County Clerks, nationwide, need a
proper system in place to be able to track marriages and divorces
before issuing someone a marriage license. Our country just simply
doesn't have any such system in place and because of this many county
clerks simply take a person's word when filing for a marriage
license. There is a petition to Congress for a National Database of
Marriages and Divorces out there, which is in need of 1000 signatures
before it can be presented to Congress. I signed it a year ago and
yet, as of today, it only has 455 signatures. I just don't understand
why more people just aren't interested in having a proper system in
place. If you would like to sign it, you can go here: Petition
to Congress. I'm not just saying that more attention needs to be
brought to this matter because of myself, but because of the thousands
of people this sort of thing happens to. It is a hurtful and
deceitful act that could be prevented if we just simply had a better
system in place. As for the "sort of" reference in my comment above,
I say that because of not only the status of our relationship, but
also because of it's legality. Not only have I not seen or heard from
him in over a year and a half, we are not legally married because he
was not able to legally marry me due to the fact he is already married
to wife #1. Simply put, he was still married to wife #1 which made
our marriage void and also makes wife #3's marriage void. I call it
"void" because that is what it is called here in Texas. I am not able
to get my marriage annulled here in Texas, it is instead referred to
as a "void marriage", which to me is basically the same thing. Yes,
he is a bigamist, not only because of wife #3, but because of me, wife
#2, as well. I know that he never divorced wife number one because he
told me himself a year and a half ago. Now, it's just a matter of
getting it proved in a court of law. I have consulted several lawyers
on this issue. They have all told me that this is something that I
can handle myself and have actually suggested that I do so. I already
have the Petition to Declare a Marriage Void ready to file, now it's
just a matter of collecting evidence that will stand up in a court of
law. I am just having a hard time understanding what will be needed
as evidence because like someone else stated above no divorce=no paper
work, the only evidence I have is a copy of his marriage license with
wife #1 and the fact that, to date, no divorce records have been found.
