We need a flat rate. Would be nice, if taxes would be just 10% and a
flat rate. The agency IRS costs a lot of money, if it would be
exchanged (and if all waste of tax payers money by other agencies
would be cut too) with a simple finance office that just wants 10 %
from our income, it would feel much better, wouldn't it?
Seems like you still need to determine "what is income". So you
are back to the IRS.
Absolutely. Even under a national sales tax, you'll have the IRS, or a
federal entity like them, and/or 50+ little irses, one in each state (and
the D of C).
Under either a flat tax or sales tax, the laws will be equally as difficult
to understand, especially for some people who don't want to pay the tax
(like the protestors) or otherwise don't like it.
