New York Sales tax on boat purchase??

I'm considering buying a boat and using it as a business (Charter
fishing). New Yourk State imposes a sales tax on boats purchased in
new york. My question in case anyone will know is,...

If I document the boat through the Coast Guard as owned by an LLC and
as a commercia fishing vessel, must I still pay the sales tax?

Any help would be appreciated.
