The last time the only explanation we got is that the numbers on the w2
form, numbers as not earned income, but the identification numbers that
id'ed the employer; which to me seems like a phonecall away from
fixing, but we ended up waiting another six weeks before calling again,
and the only answer we obtained was to wait another three months.
