What's Our Filing Status

I do 'our' taxes every year on my own. This year we are going to have
trouble because I don't know how to file. In Novemeber of 2004 we were
legally divorced. We share joint legal and physical custody of our
child and we have both provided for her equally over the last year.
"We" bought property together this last year and still own it together
this year. "We" also lived togther throughout this last tax year. CAN
WE FILE AS MARRIED FILING JOINTLY although we are legally divorced? If
not how do we file? Seperately and one claim all the deductions? Any
help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to get started but
have no idea where to begin. Feel free to e-mail me directly with
