One time salary deferal for 401k

As an owner of my own business, I intend to charge entire salary
deferal for the whole year in one quarter. If IRS allows 14K as 401k
deduction instead of doing it $3500/per quarter if I do in last quarter
entire 14k will it trigger an audit on my 941 form. Actaully, I do not
see any prob as really IRS is overpaid in first three quarters. Any
ideas by pros?
