Lil Brian:

You are awfully sassy for a law clerk.

You don't want to talk about IRS's interpretation of section
56(b)(1)(D)? Here is the full sentence.

With Rose and Schiff out of the way, O'Connor and Jardini should have
plenty of time to pursue at IRS responsible for the section 111(a)
fraud that has used to cheat taxpayers and the section 56(b)(1)(D)
fraud that has been used defraud the United States Treasury.

The losses to the Treasury attributable to Schiff and Rose pale by
comparison to the losses caused by IRS's fraudulent interpretation of
56(b)(1)(D). You apparently believe that DOJ shouldn't address a
multibillion dollar fraud on the Treasury resulting from fraudulent IRS
instructions.

Quixotic?

Didn't you see those windmills that were tipped over.

Tripe? Same issues related to 111(a) raised in 1994 law review
article by a Notre Dame Law Professor.

I am sure that you find legal fiction more entertaining. What I post
is the TRUE and that is most likely what really offends you.

Gee, I thought the discussion involved enforcement of the Internal
Revenue Code and related laws.
For some reason, I really doubt that you will be involved in any
meaningful discussion regarding nuclear physics.

You must have missed the fact that the President's Advisory Panel on
Federal Tax Reform recommended changes that would eliminate the frauds
that I have identified.

BTW, how many changes in the tax code or IRS instructions have you
prompted?
