That's not what I said, nor what I meant.

IF, you wanted to, or needed to show the profit distributions for the same
amount, at the same time, BOOK the distribution (debit entry) and instead of
writing the check you would credit a loan payable to the shareholder. Then
you could make the distribution at some later date when cash flow is better.
