Re: Dale, your 861 argument fails every time - Rayner

""Does this idiot have the sincerity of his convictions and balls enough to
not pay taxes and dare the courts to deal with him, or is he one of the
yellow-bellied shakey-knee tribe that just brays but meekly pays up like
everybody else?

""

Must be of the second sort. He's mouthed off enough online that any IRS
agent with an internet connection and the need to complete more audits
would find more than enough reasonable cause to audit him. Since he
hasn't joined Schiff, Larken, and the rest of the crowd at the "bar," it
must be because, on audit, they discovered that he's been properly paying
his taxes all along.

BTW, don't be surprised when he vehemently disagrees, using plenty of
ad-hominems, and asserts that either (a) he's never been audited because
the IRS is too afraid of him, or (b) on audit he successfully converted
the agent to his point of view.
