Yes, he was African. I was referring to the common practice of
identifying people of African descent as either Black or Negro before
the changes which were brought about by the Civil Rights movement in
this country.

In any case, he has still not produced a Certified copy of his Birth
Certificate.

If you are referring to Obama's father, why should he?

If you are referring to Obama, why should he, he has a U.S. Passport which
mandates both citzenship and birth certificate.

A passport application may require it but it doesn't guarantee
accuracy.

A passport is good only for passport purposes which ain't got nothing to
do with ensuring a properly socialized and enculturated president.

In fact, I'm going to rewrite every state constitution to make
sure that only those who can prove being born and raised within
a respective state can run for office in that state.

You're shifting your criteria.

First you demanded a "Certified" copy of his birth certificate. Evidently
you have no passport because an _original_ is required. Now you want
"guarantee(d) accuracy." How would you guarantee accuracy?


Why don't you look up the state requirements for attesting to a live
birth within the US.
