building, and paying down the deficit.  Going to do something to
improve education too IIRC.  How's that stuff working out?  I haven't

Neither would Shrub.  IF Reagan and Rumsnamara hadn't of set Saddam
up, given him chemical weapons, and tried to sell him nuclear
reactors, Clinton wouldn't have HAD a problem.
