I think they will drop -- because the Fed is not increasing
the money supply. I don't know whether that's because they
can't, or don't want to.
Isn't that their main weapon against inflation?
So do you think that they will overshoot, and cause deflation? Even with
rising worldwide commodity prices and a dollar which has lost value on
the intenational monetay exchanges??
Danged if I know. But they are not, in fact, increasing the
money supply -- for whatever reason.
