Has nothing to do with "taxing." It has everything to do with
unscrupulous hunters claiming their prizes are "road kill" to avoid
license fees, and you are lucky they don't prosecute...

I considered that, but they mention "condition" as part of the pricing
structure. And why am I lucky? I've got nothing to do with this.
