What about the gangstas who are getting hands-on practical experience with
full-auto weapons, LAWs, RPGs, grenades, demolition charges?

IMO, any soldier showing any signs of street gang affiliation should be
transferred out of any military occupation which involves using weapons;
let them hump cargo out of ships and planes or drive trucks.
