Glad to hear it turned out well Larry, sounds like it could have been as

Thanks John.

The month of June has held "High Drama" for me for the last two years
in a row. I'm wondering if this is going to become a trend.

If I hadn't gone to the Doctor's Office for a routine visit, nobody
would have known that this problem =was= as bad as it gets, this side
of dropping dead on the floor.

I know that since my procedure, I am out of the Imminent Death Zone,
otherwise there is no way my doctors would have released me from the
hospital. The ICD just goes in as an Insurance Policy in case for
some reason, the infamous Vtach comes back for some reason. I can't
say "No."

The lesson here is that what you or someone else might think is a
*nuisance,* could turn out to be Life and Death. I've lost a lot of
friends and acquaintances over the years, probably because they never
took these minor *nuisances* seriously enough to mention it to their
doctors, if they even _have_ doctors.

Here we are in a SURVIVAL GROUP. People, all too many, think survival
is about living off the land...and I'm here to say that HEART DISEASE
IS OUR NATION'S NUMBER ONE KILLER.

About half of the deaths from heart disease are from heart attacks,
with at least 478,000 people dying every year BEFORE they get to a
hospital.[1]

OVER 56 MILLION AMERICANS have one or more heart and blood vessel
diseases. In 1991, more than 920,000 people died from them, OVER 40
PERCENT OF ALL DEATHS IN THE UNITED STATES.[1]

Maybe part of my *purpose in Life* is to get the message out to the
general public, but especially the n/g members here, who might be
overlooking what appears to be the BIGGEST threat to their survival.
