There is an interesting article in this month's Reader's Digest on the
benefits of Vitamin D (obtained typically through exposure to
sunlight) in helping battle not only cancer, but other health problems
as well.
I've always been suspect of the science that says the sun is no good
for you and to avoid it at all costs.
No, I'm not talking about staying out there until you are burnt to a
crisp with 2nd degree burns.
The article talks about getting sun regularly, but keep it balanced
and moderate.
