It's not that survivalists hate Californians, we just hate stupid people.
And Cali seems to be exploding with stupid people.

to big quakes, tsunamis, mudslides, firestorms, El Nino , flashfloods etc
and you have to rely on your water coming from far away, then it would make
sense to move.
