Limbaugh has all the money on the planet to hire quality representation. That explains why he copped a plea here, doesn't it?

Limbaugh entered a plea of NOT guilty, he didn't cop a plea.

From CNN:

"Mr. Limbaugh and I have maintained from the start that there was no doctor shopping, and we continue to hold this position," Black said in a statement, adding that Limbaugh pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Would you kindly explain the settlement then? In my limited experience, an innocent man doesn't have to settle anything.

If an innocent man is being investigated by a prosecutor, the innocent man would be very wise to pay for legal console. This can be expensive, especially if he is taken to trial for his political beliefs by a Democrat operative working in the DA's office - such a prosecutor has unlimited taxpayer funds to spend.

We've seen it in Texas, and now we see it in Florida.

It results in the same thing to make a plea deal like this, just to get the unjust Democrat to drop the false charges: You walk away innocent. It cost a lot less money, and you don't have to worry about the fact that it may be possible for the Democrat operative to stack the jury with other unjust Democrat hard liners who would have no problem convicting you just because you're a Republican.

and agreeing to be a good guy, sure sounds like probation and restitution, regardless of the spin it's getting.

yes, yes. But the spin you Democrats are putting on it is that he's guilty of something, even though the charges will surely be dropped.

That is called "smear". Pigs and Democrats often smear.
