I believe that when the BATF pulled up to the Branch Davidian Church
they were in fact fired upon by an automatic weapon from the church, but
that the triggerman was the BATF's "man inside" who assassinated the
first agent out of the trailer. I think it was a set-up.
The first agents out of the trailer were NOT first fired upon. It was
daybreak on what promised to be a bright sunny Texas morning.
They arrived secretively, quietly. A female agent ran up to the dog
pens and began shooting them. This brought Koresch and others who were
having breakfast, to the door. As they exchanged words with the ATF
automatic fire rained down from a helicopter, peppering the door and
wounding Koresch.
The helecopter and tanks didn't get there until after the initial raid.
Gunfire continued as bullets knocked out window
glass and splintered wood. The Davidians returned fire as agents
began breaking into second floor windows. Koresch then makes his
famous telephone call to the local sheriff.
The "informer", the covert ATF operative, was not there.
I followed it as it unfolded on TV. The BATF pulled him out within a
couple days after the initial raid. You're making a lot of crap up.
Note: Killing domestic animals is a hallmark of federal law
enforcement agencies, even when this serves no defensive purpose. As
in Waco, when the female ATF agent (usually it is a female) even
shot the puppies suckling at the teats of their dying and struggling
mother. One only wishes her aim had been better.
While not designed as such on paper, Operation Showtime became a
mass assassination attempt with strong overtones of pagan death
rituals.
One of the agents said on national TV that upon arriving they ran into a
"hail of gunfire". If you look at the footage of the fight you'll notice
the front of the building is riddled with bullet holes, but that the
cars the agents are taking cover behind, NOT ONE has a single bullet
hole in any of the windows.
Fire trucks were not allowed to put out the fire. BATF tanks were filmed
pushing burning debris together; Obviously that's not crime scene
preservation or firefighting, but to consume the building (and evidence)
completely in the fire. When the defense team of the survivors was
finally allowed to examine the crime scene, the only thing left was a
concrete slab.
BATF agents fired over Waco were rehired by the BATF a week later.
