The Red Hot Chili Peppers would call it "Californaphobia."
Aside from the name I'm not familiar with that group so have no idea why
they would call it Californaphobia (I'm old). I was thinking the simpler
Caliphobia.

The Chili Peppers had both an album, and single, titled "Californication".

I've certainly heard that term and heard of them but didn't realize
they went hand in hand. My knowledge of popular culture is a bit
