I've been watching the "Survivorman" TV series on the Science channel.

Not to bad of a show IMO. Each show has the guy trying to survive alone in a
different pace each time. One show he was surviving be lost in the Canadian
wilderness, another show had him lost in the jungle, and the show I watched
today had him surviving being lost in the desert canyons.

In the desert canyon show, I saw several deadly mistakes this guy made;
One was the fact that he slept in a small cave. He did make mention of the
deadly insects that live in cave floors, however he did not show the proper
way to take care of this.

Second was him drinking water from a small puddle on a big rock. He did say
that this was a bad idea, and he pointed out the mouse shit all around the
puddle, however he said he was thirsty and drank from this puddle through a
straw. This was deadly wrong IMO, he should have shown people how to treat,
or boil that water.

Any thoughts on this show ?

I think that I've watched every episode. It seems more entertaining
than informative.

All of that walking back and forth gettomg film footage mush be a
bitch!
