Works for me. I wonder how much biomass could be grown in the 9th Ward of New Orleans? Rich Mississippi river bottom soil, easily irrigated, in a warm, wet southern climate, already equipped with a canal system for cheap transportation, conveniently close to a major chemical production and refining complex.......
