Mexican Boarder Security Official Arrested 100 miles north of the Boarder

It was a announced on the early morning news that a Senor Gutierrez (a high official of the Mexican Government agency for Boarder Security, was arrested in the company of Drug smugglers and Illegal Immigrants approximately 100 miles north of the Boarder Near Tucson Arizona.

Mr Gutierrez tried to claim that the illegal Mexicans and Drug smugglers were Mexican Government officials and were there by covered by Diplomatic Immunity agreements with Mexico.

By the way this is the second time Mr. Gutierrez has been implicated in cross boarder smuggling.
