We had a similar thng happen here in Lexington several years ago.

The victim was a middle aged house wife and after trying all the
reasonable
stuff, checked out the laws and picked them on a public sidewalk.

It took about 2 hours after the media showed up before Walfart the
mistake.
Call the media to let them know what is going on. Walfart hates media
attention.

It might be worth the effort.

Since you have a fuse that is at least as short as mine, you may need
to take
a chill pill and have someone their to video tape the whole thing.
Walfarts security
goons came out and tried to run her off. I think they, security goons,
lost thier job
in the following media attention.

While I have to shop at walfart from time to time, I always open the
box at the
checkout. Found a dented up Apex DVD once and the check out girl
gringed.
I suspect the paper work is a bit much.

I really hope the people who have filled suit against wallmart get RICO
status.
That ought to hit the walton family in the pockets.
