Hey guys,

I work for British Gas, as an electrician, and I recently received a load of
bumpf from Mark Clare and Sir Roy Gardener explaing to us why, in lenghthy,
boring detail. I've binned it now but the general gist was that British Gas
invests heavily in new technology and exploration for new supplies. They
have their own fields at Morecombe too. They also state that because we now
import the majority of our gas through pipelines that run through Europe
(here we go) we are being held to ransom by the French, German and Spanish
owners of these pipelines. Basically they are holding up supplies of gas to
artificially increase prices! Got us over a barrel...of gas!
