You mean like IF there's a hurricane that collapses the dikes in New
Orleans, or IF terrorists fly planes
into skyscrapers, or IF someone mails anthrax filled letters to people;
you know, all the scenarios in
some folk's heads that everyone pooh-poohed as fiction... until they
actually happened?

That sort of thing?
