Do you think that the Red Cross is a massive bloated bureacracy?

I liked the part about how the Red Cross "leapt into action" and in
"only a few days" the volunteer started training for an assignment.

Contrast that with the Christian missionaries with helicopters who
flew down to New Orleans, asked people what they needed, and delivered
it.
