So if you are old and may have health problems you don't get coverage
according to your logic-- an excellent reason for the government to
insure everybody so we can all live as long as possible.

Welcome to exactly the reason we cannot rely on the "private sector" to
handle a nations health.

A lot of things apparently would surprise you. this is a fact right
now. and you cannot change the color of your house from boring beige or
grey in may neighborhoods for the same reason.
