It is called chaparral, and it contains organic compounds called
turpenes. Think turpentine. Think acres of gasoline plants.
The stuff does not burn, it literally explodes.
The problem is, newbies are usually ignorant, and real estate
agents are not exactly the most veracious of creatures when
it comes to suckers, er, buyers.
