Well, so far, you have the CITY officials trying to use PARISH property. You've
yet to explain how they got the authority to do that. You've also failed to
explain whether there's even enough buses to haul all the people needing
transportation. Something tells me you don't have a clue, but then we already
knew that, didn't we?

actually come up with a plan instead of just second-guessing the people who are
