While it is beginning to be clear the London police
didn;t whout any warnings, they just killed him, and this

I still feel that if you are going to a country where they speak
a different language then you, a language that you don't
understand, you are placing yourself at rsik.

I don't have a clue what "STOP" is in Chinese, Japanese,
Arabic, IRish(or Scotish or Briton) Galiec, or Hebrew.
But before I would go to a country where English was
not the "official" language I would damn sure learn what
ever they spoke there.

Here in Kentucky we have a "Castle Defense Docturn".
Enter a house, or under some conditions or private
property, act in a "threatening" manor, and when you get
shoot and die, you get burried.

Aa former coworkers wife shot a "aggitated" man who moved
rapidly toward her and her kids on thier pateo at twilight. She
displayed her pistol, commanded the man to stop, when he failed
she shot him several times. It turned out he was an illegal from
someplace to to south and did not understand English well enough
to understand he had placed himself in deadly danger. He had a high
blood alcohol and drugs on him.

He is dead, she faced no criminal or civil action. His lack of a
command
of English got him killed.

Tough.

I have tried to find out the temp in London because I was intrigued by
comments that he was from a "much warmer" climate, so he had on
heavy, un common clothing. At best he was plan unlucky. He clearly
didn't under standthe new rules of engangement that had come into
effect. IE Dark, young, single men would get extra attention! The
wearing of oddly heavy coats might be a very bad idea! I still have
trouble accepting that he had not adjusted to the freezing summers in
London.He hadn't just got off a plane, he had been there for several
years. Here in Kentucky when that first cool, mid 60s, day in October
comes I feel like I am going to freeze to death. But by late November I

am running around in a T shirt with shorts.

The great thing is that for the time being we can both have differeing
opinions. So why not agree to disagree. One reason why I have no
desire to go the the Olympics in China is I have no desier to learn
enough
Chinese to get around. Russian was bad enough in college. Of course
Basque was insane. There was a joke that the devil wanted to learn
Basque to open a new area so as to harvest some souls, after 6 years,
he decided that Mandarin Chinese was going to be and easier choice.

Besides remember that Brits aren't citizens, they are subjects.
And unarmed ones at that.
