That is straight out of the Manisfesto. The income tax as
structured (progressive) is also. "Each according to their
ability, each according to their needs."

True, the only fair tax is a poll tax. Everyone gets equal fire and
police protection so everyone should pay equal. If you can't afford it
you can easily & legally dodge the tax by not voting ;)
