For the mailbox bombings, you should contact federal authorities
directly.

Yeah, yeah.

Even in the "post 911" most LEOs know that rural mailbox "bombings" are just
pranks.

There are good odds that your local LEOs are almost certain of who did the
"crime."

If you are fairly certain that your local LEOs don't have something against,
the "bombings" should stop. In any case, don't expect much support from
"Homeland Security" types. Their plate is full.
