Perhaps your sub roof/attic needs better ventilation. I think it
makes more sense to alter the environment so that the moss doesn't
grow in the first place than to find some way to battle with it on a
constant basis. There exist special clay tile vents, probably should
have been installed with the roof. Something to consider; if moss is
growing on top of your tiles then it's a sure bet the growth is
rampant underneath your tiles and your roof sheathing is already
rotted... I would check that out right away.
