are you sure the cats aren't under your house & outbuildings
*hunting* the squirrels or rats that are tearing out your
underfloor insulation for nests? because cats don't build
nests.
Pretty much what I was thinking. I've never seen a cat do much more nest-building
than turn around three times before laying down :-)
