Well, you will have plenty of opportunity to get exposure. The Fox
in DC, for example, has The Simpsons on for over 5 hours a week.
I don't have Fox anything but The Simpsons is one one channel each
evening - I only heard what I did of it because I was on the computer
and the boob tube was wittering on in the background
I got "hooked" on some other shows when they started in syndicationand were
on several hours a week. Steinfeld comes to mind. I neverwatched the
"new" episodes until well AFTER in was in syndication and I pickedit up
while channel surfing.
My husband liked Seinfeld but I must admit that I hated it too. I
always thought that it was a show about 4 ghastly people who I'd hate
to meet in real life so I wasn't going to watch them if I could avoid
it. I did think however that Seinfeld understood the ghastly nature
of his characters and got the final show of the series just right -
the characters got jsut what they deserved. He's a clever man, but I
just hated those vacuous characters.
