Imports are part of the problem. Canada just had two more cases of Mad
Cow, both apparently caused by feeding cattle out of feed bunks that
hadn't been cleaned in years. How many potentially infected cattle
have been imported into the USA? It's going to take a while to find
out, and it may be impossible to locate them.
