Long and short of it: You'll chip/register/track my critters only over
my vehement (read "Me pitching lead at you if that's what it takes")
protests.

Sorry, Larry, but this is my "line in the sand" - Or perhaps "straw that
broke the camel's back" - The government is already so far in my
business that I practically need to ask permission to take a *** and
file an environmental impact statement if I want to wipe afterwards. I
can put up with a lot of indignities personally. But I won't put up with
*ANYTHING* being inflicted on my critters unless there's a *DAMN* good
reason for it. So far, I see no reason beyond "The government wants it
so" (and the associated "The government knows best" mindset that's *FAR*
too prevalent today) which is no reason whatsoever as far as I'm
concerned.

NO MORE! Stand up for your rights instead of rolling over and giving up
another one for no better reason than "It might help".
