It is the nature of usenet you've just seen. Since you've gotten something

The general rule is that there is only one point where the system has a
bond between ground and neutral, and that's at the main disconnect. That's
why you should have a 4 wire feed to the house panel. Yes,there are
additional rules for barns, etc.
