I've read a little about the bush meat problem. The profit margin has to be pretty low on bush meat, so the only way to make it worth while is to import a heck of a lot.
That implies a pretty porous border. I won't go into the forbidden subject <G>. (Has Scotland outlawed sharp pencils yet?)
