You might try the alt.home.repair newsgroup. There used to be some
HVAC guys that would post/respond there.
There are also some electricians that post there to answer your
other question. Also try the alt.engineering.electrical newsgroup.
There are some working electricians who post to that group. Wiremold
makes stuff that might suit your needs.
