You have my sympathies on being unable to sleep. I really, really hate it
when I can't sleep. I hate rattling around the house at night. I disturb
the dogs and Himself and they all get cross and I get cold and I get bored
because the light isn't good enough to do any of my crafts and if I try to
read my eyes get itchy for some unknown reason.
I have been trying to train myself to sleep better and seem to have been
successful lately. I put on a sleep mask to keep out all light, do
relaxation techniques (because I found I had my musles tensed and didn't
realise it) and then I deliberately clear my mind. If I can manage to do
all of these then the next thing I usually know is that the dogs are
scratching to get me up to put them out for their morning pee.
